Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony with onsite front desk and staff

This 3rd floor Balcony Suite has the advantage of being an end unit. The view from the balcony is wonderful and there is even a view from the window in the bedroom as well. The view from the 3rd floor is just delightful. Beautiful seaside colors and the breeze from the ceiling fans in this condo will remind you that you are on a tropical vacation. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (new as of February 2024) where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view or the 48" flat screen tv. The kitchen includes a 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom has a tub with grab bar and tile surround. The living has tile floors and the bedroom has laminate flooring. The private bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, 42" flat screen tv. This condo could be perfect for you, especially if you want to bring a small pet. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The best property I've stayed at so far.

On site staff, very clean property and well kept. It's nice to stay at a condo and have the front desk occupied. As well as people working the property. Everyone is friendly and helpful and we even had an employee come to our door and ask how things were going.

2 day stay in St Augustine to enjoy Nights of Lights

The listing looks on display as an apartment. The listing also describes the rental as an apartment. However, its very tiny. The cleanliness is very poor. Both televisions do not work. The lights were not going onn.The check in/out office staff was not friendly or helpful during check out. No one called us to see if we need anything. I do not recommend this rental

Fantastic stay

My husband and I wanted to explore St Augustine without breaking the bank!! He loves to fish and I love to walk along the beach and read in a cozy spot!!! Although it was a little chilly outside, we loved doing both!! After all, it bear the -3 degrees and snow that we left in Michigan. We will be back!!!

Highly Recommended Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our time in Crescent Beach and Beacher’s Lodge was a great location! Our unit was just as it was described! Everything was neat and tidy. The housekeeping people that we encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I think the only negative comment we would have is the sliding door going out onto the deck was extremely heavy to close. It definitely needs to be replaced. Also, the first few days we were there the elevator on our side of the building was not operating so being on the 3rd floor made it a real drag. But thankfully it was fixed after 2 days. We would definitely recommend staying here! Perfect location and beautiful clean beach!
