Condominiums.
This beautiful condo has been recently redecorated, with all the
accommodations of home. This unit is across the street from the St.
Augustine Beach Pier, Pavilion, and Splash Park (a kids play area with
playground equipment and water spouts).
This is an upscale complex with the serenity of a gated facility.
When you are here it feels like you are vacationing in the Islands.
We have king size, queen size and 2 twin beds. TV's/DVD player, washer
and dryer and many amenities...…

Everyone is very concerned about the Coronavirus and how to avoid exposure and stay safe. Based on the CDC, there is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. What a better way to avoid being exposed than a day at the beach. Start your day with us at Sunrise Yoga during your stay in our condo.

You don’t get any exposure being on the pier; fishing, sunning, starring out to sea, totally mesmerized by the tranquility of the ocean.

The market at the pier offers local, family farmed produce and other foodstuffs that are free from germs.
However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
*No problem with our open airy beach, wonderful pool, outside dining at most of the fine eateries adjacent to our Condo.

The beach has plenty of serum to help combat the virus, just don’t overdo it.

Please rinse the beach wagon, chairs and toys when returning from the beach before storing back on the patio area. Our unit is fortunate to have a water hose outside the unit.
You will be given 6 pool passes when you check in and each person must have one when visiting the pool. Pool Pass not returned upon check out we will charge $25/pass, per the association rule.
Grilling is not permitted inside or on the patio area of the condo. The facility does provide 2 grills for residents/guests to use, which are located outside the pool area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property is great. Comfortable, clean and all the comforts of home. This is our 2nd time in this unit. It is an end property so there is a lot of natural light. The only drawback for us was the parking spot. There is not alot of room behind the spot and we had a truck next to us. Other than that, we love it.

Family Get Away

Absolutely, no disappointment with this property! Everything was clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The beds and sectional were all very comfortable. The pool and charcoal grills were conveniently located in relation to the condo. The beach was just a short walk across the street. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream and convenience store (with ATM) within short walking distance. I plan on treating my daughter, son-in-law and grandsons to a week stay here! Just shows how much I enjoyed it! Hopefully, I too will be able to make it back again!

Family Vacay

We had a great time at the condo! It was bigger than the pics made it appear. Master bathroom was fantastic…a lot of space and huge shower. Loved the screened in porch and the sectional was amazing as all but one seat reclined. The wagon was missing a wheel when we got there and Melissa replaced it immediately. Someone was in our parking spot and she came right over to have them move. She was great to work with! The condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen could use an update but everything worked and was sufficient. Great location to downtown, restaurants, mini golf and dessert shops. Be sure to go across the street to Rita’s ice cream and Island Donuts! Great stay!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at your condo. We really enjoyed the proximity to the water and to the pool. I hope we left your condo up to your standards and things that you expect if I may suggest one thing please don’t take this the wrong way, but you could stand to pull out the stove and clean behind there because we did see some Nats in that area. Again, thank you for letting us stay at your condo for the week. We really appreciate it.

Great Property and Location

My family and I had a great stay at Melissa's condo. The location was incredibly convenient and a quick walk to the beach access, restaurants, and community pool. The kitchen and facilities were very well appointed, clean, and taken care of. Upon checkout, we followed the instructions that were listed in the on site handbook, which were fairly standard in my experience renting from VRBO. However, on our way home, I received a message requesting an additional fee for cleaning because it allegedly took the cleaning company longer than anticipated to clean. We did not leave the condo in poor condition, cleaned up after ourselves and followed all of the checkout procedures. After explaining this to Melissa, we were able to come to an agreement, but I would recommend expanding - or at least clarifying - check out processes if your expectations are higher. Otherwise, a great spot and stay.

This location was perfect for our family. We had some that wanted beach time and some that wanted to visit historic sites. We could satisfy everyone while staying here. It was super convenient to historic St. Augustine and St. Augustine beach.

The Total Package!!

We just returned home from an absolutely incredible vacation (our second year to stay in the exact same condo!) In planning our return trip, there was absolutely NO question in any of our minds that we wanted to return to our “home away from home” in St Augustine! The property is spacious, spotlessly clean, is EXACTLY as pictured, comes with ALL the comforts of home, and it is centrally located which is priceless! The condo is located on the ground level so there are no stairs to deal with AND to add to the convenience, there is a reserved parking spot right out the front door which makes loading and unloading incredibly easy! Melissa is a the absolute sweetest hostess and makes everything a breeze! She is incredibly responsive to questions/inquiries and communicated updates that were pertinent to our stay. The property is beautifully maintained and is so quiet and peaceful! We never heard any noise from surrounding neighbors. The kitchen is fully equipped and it is an absolute luxury to have a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The condo also comes fully stocked with linens, blankets, and towels (both bath and beach.) The condo also comes with items for beach days! Once again, we absolutely loved every moment of our stay and look forward to returning back!

Perfect Beach Condo

We had an amazing 6 week vacation at this beautiful condo. The condo was spotless, and had everything we needed. Melissa was always available to answer any questions, as well as keeping us updated regarding any news from complex management. The Beach & pier are a short walk & we really enjoy the Wednesday farmers market across the street. Good restaurants & shopping are within walking distance,. Short drive to town and supermarket. Beachside Diner is must for breakfast or lunch. The new Crabbys Beachside right next door had delicious meals. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful and Clean Property + Phenomenal Location = Priceless Vacation

We just returned home from an absolutely incredible week at Seaside at Anastasia #106. The property was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured/described…..well equipped with ALL the comforts of home! A reserved parking spot is right out the front door which was absolutely wonderful! Melissa was very prompt in all communications and wonderful to work with….only a quick text away if needed. Location is truly everything and this property could not be more centrally located!!! The pier and beach access is right across the street with an incredible farmer’s market being held on Wednesday mornings. Restaurants are within walking distance, as well as, shopping! We fell in love with Sunset Grille! We also loved our visit to Little Margie’s and Panama Hattie’s! Our daughter and her boyfriend had rave reviews about Antonio’s pizza across the street! MayDay ice cream offers an out of this world ice cream experience! Be sure to check out Island Donuts (the experience does NOT disappoint!) and for those that need their morning cup of caffeine, there is a full-service Starbucks located in the Embassy Suites hotel just up the street on the A1A. Lots to see and do all within proximity to the property and only a short drive away! The property was both quiet and peaceful….we did not hear any noise from neighbors. We were incredibly spoiled having both a washer and dryer in the condo! We could not have loved our stay more at this property and plan to return back….hopefully very soon!
