Beach vacation

With the title it is not a lie, it was very close to the beach to where we could sit on the balcony and drink some coffee watching the ocean. It was the perfect place for the family to stay in a great area close to stores!

This place was clean and roomy. Glenn was on top of communication, hassel-free reservations. Short walk to the beach and very dog friendly. Would definitely use again.

Awesome stay by the beach

We loved our time so close to the beach…the dogs loved it too and the house was perfect for our escape from the cold. Glenn was super responsive, the house was clean and you cannot beat the location. It was everything we needed and we will be back.

Great time away at wonderful home

This home is so comfy with great view of the ocean from the upstairs porch. Nice yard for our dog, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants in all directions.Glenn is so helpful and responds quickly to any questions.

Hope to come back next year

Very clean, roomy, and conveniently located just around the corner from an awesome beach! The walk to the beach is only 2 very short half-blocks, with no traffic or busy roads to cross. And plenty of restaurants a short drive away.

Nice cottage by the beach

Large cottage, very clean and modern So close to the wonderful wide beach where you can walk for miles. Our dog loved it. The area is very quiet, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay Michelle,Robert and Zoe

Great property for family plus fur pet. 1 block walk to beach. Just missed not having beach chairs or chairs on the 1st floor deck facing the ocean. Would definitely stay here again👍

Best beach house

We couldn't have asked for a better beach house. It was a two-minute walk to a beautiful, wide, dog-friendly beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner, Glenn, was so kind and helpful. This will be our go-to home away from home when we are in the area.

Nice property, great communications, and truly enjoyed our stay.

The communications were fantastic, the accuracy of property was good, and had a great time decompressing. There is plenty to do and see in St. Augustine. The internet could be better as there were times streaming was challenging.

A great getaway house and location!

Our family of 5 had a blast in this beautiful house. The location is amazing. Only few short minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach (with a lifeguard) and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is well equipped with anything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and it was very clean and welcoming. The owner is super communicative and was ready to answer any question we had. All in all, very recommended!

Perfect place

We have a new year tradition to meet in Saint Augustin for many years. This is going to be our place for all the future gets together ❤️ Best location for both activities- beach and old Town, eating out or stay at home and have some long walks by the ocean after dinner. Private beautiful white sand beach is a sweet cherry on a top of good price and nice communication with owner. Thanks Glenn for your hospitality!

Family Beach Vacation

Great beach rental with easy walk to two different beach access. Grandparents, parents and children friendly. canine as well. Nice beds, 2.5 baths, laundry and 3 porches. Adequate parking, a little tight but do-able. We'll return again.

Family Summer Vacay!

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Owner was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Short walk to the beach made it easy to walk back and forth to make lunches without everyone having to pack up and leave. We have never been able to take our fur babies with us.. so that was a nice treat❤️

First family trip

This was our first trip as a family ever and the house was amazing! Glenn was very helpful and all our questions were answered quickly. We did have a little mishap but Glenn was very understanding about it. Would recommend again and will definitely book again! ❤️

Beautiful comfortable Home

This is by far the best home we have stayed in since coming to St. Augustine every winter. The kitchen is well equipped. Living room and dining areas comfortable.The best part of the home is the master bedroom and bathroom. Spacious and inviting. Loved the balcony off of the master bedroom.The two guest bedrooms and bath are also great.Through out the home there are large closets that were very handy.On clear evenings the walks to the beach provided a spectacular display of the stars. Could even see the Milky Way!Loved this home.

Perfection

I can't say enough about this house. Everything is as described. We loved all the outside decks to sit on. Beds were comfortable. The whole house was spotless. We didn't have a single issue but Glenn was easy to get in contact with. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded and beautiful. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back!
