Got into short notice. Done for one night as a business fellow alone. I’d never stay there on my own travels, but done when all you need is a bed. Smelled stale and the air freshener they tried to cover it up with was strong and disgusting.

Palatka is a small town with not very many options. The Best Western is for sure one of the better places to stay. The room could have been cleaner, but I could say that about any hotel room, and it had a moldy smell to the room, not sure if it was coming from the A/C unit or not.

We really liked the property, the only complaint was the water was scalding hot. We had to fiddle with the water to be able to somewhat take a shower without burning ourselfs. I thought there was a law about the water being regulated. Other than that, the motel was good.

The girl at the desk, Sabrina, was fabulous. She helped me with few things that were more than I could ask. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at and I've stayed at a few over the years!!!

We drove from NC to Florida everyone told us to stay here beds was terrible could feel springs in them had ppl all the way up to 4 am yelling outside the room. To be charged $316 for two days figured it would be cleaner and better beds. Won't be staying here again
