COMFY DOWNTOWN SPACE

AMAZING LOCATION! Situated in the eclectic uptown area. Enjoy our quiet and peaceful first floor apartment with full kitchen. Queen Size bed and sofa / bed.
Very short walk (100 Yards) to shops, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals as well as area attractions. The beach is also a short 10 minute drive to either Vilano beach or St. Anastasia State Park.
This is a great location to park the car and not drive again until you leave. The apartment has all that you need. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower. Our living area has a couch that also serves as a fold down bed. The dining area sits in a bright and sunny corner of the apartment, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities for meals at home or just a simple cup of coffee. You will find the apartment to be very clean, safe, smoke free and comfortable. The TV in the apt only plays NETFLIX, the directions for the TV are in the apartment. There is no charge for any of the movies or shows on NETFLIX.

Washer and dryer (coin-op)

The apartment is located in the eclectic uptown area of St. Augustine. This area is best known for its unique antique shops and is also referred to as the antique district. There are many large Victorian style homes to small quaint cottages. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the Castillo Fort, bay front and the rest of historic St. Augustine.

Walking, bike, scooter, taxi, Sunshine Bus Company.

Two Bikes are included for exploring. Off street parking available.

Perfect for one or two people. Great location, quiet street. Can park right in front of door which is a plus. Plenty of coffee and creamer provided and a good hairdryer. Pillows a tad flat - you might want to bring an extra.

Nice for a budget room. Space is very small for a one bedroom. Pros: clean, nice large backyard space. Cons: people in apt above you, can hear them walking around at night, no additional window covering other than blinds and the neighbors have bright yard lights strung up and on all night.

Comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and pillows; great roomy shower; safe off-street parking right outside our door; small outdoor patio just perfect for the two of us. It was a pleasure meeting Carl, our gracious, amiable host, who was quickly available when needed.We stayed for five weeks and had plenty of time to explore. We walked everywhere - many restaurants, antiques and clothing stores. St. George St. is a must and is nearby. We highly recommend this comfy downtown space.

We rolled our luggage in the sand until stepping onto the short square brick entrance at the door. The bedspread was old, worn, and unwashed. It had a sticky gooey stain where it had been stitched.There was a hole on the closest door and unable to open it. The shower didn’t have a soap dish or a place to set shampoo & conditioner. The screen in the bathroom was ripped with blue tape over the hole.The bottom kitchen cabinets had old used cans of paint and tools. It was quiet and a nice walk to the shops nearby.

The house was in a very good walkable location The one thing I would upgrade is the bed. The other thing that was a problem for me but maybe not others is that the air conditioning is in the family room and you had to leave the bedroom door open to get the air. In the morning my husband was still sleeping so if I wanted to go to the family room I would be freezing and I really couldn’t do anything because I had to leave the bedroom door open. I’m not sure that that is fixable
