This place is amazing! First of all the room was super clean and the staff were amazing! We had free dessert (apple spice cake) which was out of this world good. Would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed here for one night, unfortunately, but we loved the time that we spent. The property is in a great location, and they provide so many nice features and extras that it really made for a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, you are given a nice, freshly baked dessert item to welcome you. They have a sort of meet-and-greet happy hour each day, where they serve some drinks and hors d'ourves, and you can mingle with the other guests. We actually enjoyed talking to some of the other people there. Our room was lovely and nicely furnished. Some of the rooms have a balcony (ours happened to) and they were cool about letting me smoke a cigar out there, as long as I did not smoke in the actual room. Breakfast the next morning was great. They do a rotating menu for breakfast, so that you don't eat the same thing over and over if you stay there for multiple days. We really felt welcomed here, and we regretted that our schedule, and the availability of rooms, only permitted us a single night here. We would definitely return for a longer stay.

Best B&B - Can't wait to come back!

A wonderful experience. Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast and a great social hour. The location is a couple of blocks from the historic section. Love this B&B and look forward to returning.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and Casa sw Sueños did not disappoint. It was a truly wonderful experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The location is excellent, you are close to everything but far enough to be a serene stay. One of the highlights was sitting down to breakfast with other guests — it was such a unique and enjoyable way to start the day. Hearing everyone’s stories and sharing experiences added a personal touch that made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Casa de Sueños to anyone looking for something a bit more special than a standard hotel.

Surprised that only 1 person is there till 9 pm. And it’s not the owner. Weekend morning and evening person didn’t know that I was gluten free . And questioned me like I was the problem.. Attitude needed to be better for both of them. Didn’t look like they are happy there.

Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire.

Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again!
