Welcome to Sea Winds 25, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse-style condo that perfectly marries comfort and convenience. Spanning two beautifully appointed floors, this residence features a highly sought-after south-facing balcony, ideal for soaking up the winter sun, along with a charming peek of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony.

The thoughtfully designed layout includes a master suite with a king bed, a guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. Both bedrooms are carpeted for a cozy touch, while the living space offers ample room for relaxation and entertainment.
This condo is equipped with all the modern amenities of home, including high-speed internet access, a full-size washer and dryer, and a well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary equipment for culinary endeavors. Additionally, a one-car garage provides secure storage for your beach gear or a smaller vehicle. Situated within a gated community, Sea Winds offers exclusive access to a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach, as well as a refreshing pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a tennis court for active guests.

For your convenience, beach cruiser bikes and helmets are provided, conveniently located in the garage. Experience the perfect coastal getaway at Sea Winds 25, where comfort meets convenience in a picturesque setting.

Rikki Badders de l’agence n’a pas respecter la modification.

Malheureusement, autant le reprĂ©sentant Rikki Badders que la compagnie de location professionnelle Sovereigh and Jacobs rental n’a respectĂ© la demande de modification de la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour Ă  l’intĂ©rieur des dates limites spĂ©cifiĂ©es sur VRBO en novembre. On m’a chargĂ© 2 nuits de trop. N’étant pas bilingue, la compagnie de location s’en ait lavĂ© les mains et Rikki Badders n’a jamais rĂ©pondu Ă  mes messages pour me rembourser les 2 nuits de trop du 2 au 4 janvier 2022. Je ne rĂ©serverai plus jamais avec eux.

Nice property and location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property in St. Augustine. It was very close to the beach, and about 15 minutes from most of the historical sites in St. Augustine. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Great Visit!!

We were thrilled with the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach and we were supplied with everything we needed on the beach. We liked the layout of the unit as it provided plenty of privacy for everyone. The area was very quiet and relaxing. We had a little hiccup with our payment and Rikki was great to work with as we resolved the issue. Communications were great and everything we needed for check in was on the counter waiting for us. Thanks for a great Christmas vacation!!

Very nice location - comfortable and clean.

This is a great location - close to St. Augustine, and right on the beach. It was quiet and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed. Publix is within walking distance, restaurants are close by. Easy check-in and great service by the property manager.

Unit 25

The townhouse was awesome and had everything we needed except another week. The patio door and screen were very difficult to open taking all our strength at times to slide door and screen would not close all the way. The master sliding doors also need adjusting. But the overall was a great place to stay. We will be looking at returning but maybe not in such a hot month. Thanks for having us. I will recommend this place to everyone

Beautiful beach and comfortable unit

Zonya the property manager checked to be sure we had beach chairs and towels which we were grateful for. The sofas could use replacing and the cleaning people could dust and vacuum under things better. The unit had every possible item you would need and was comfortable. The beach access and pool are wonderful. The beach access is .23 of a Mile to the water line from the unit. We would rent there again.

HIghly satisfied renters

We love returning every possible chance we get to our home away from home. Every time we return and stay in this particular condo, we always feel at home and comfortable. This unit has everything one needs to make their stay enjoyable and fun. The amenities are constantly updated and you can tell the owners put a lot of love and effort in to meeting all the needs that one might have. It's very cozy and full of personal touches. One of my favorite things this year was, the new washer and dryer they installed. We also appreciated the lovely new carpet that was laid. We enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided along with the new beach chairs, to take in the view and enjoy and good book. We are already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a top notch place to stay while enjoying Saint Augustine.
