This stylish, new construction house is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer. Downtown and most beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.

3 bedrooms plus a pull out sofa bed ensure you have enough room for all. If not, you can rent the sister home next door to double your space.

We are your hosts as well as the property owners and take great pride in giving you a 5 star experience. Happy guests are our number one goal!

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a full sized bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a sleeper sofa with 2 additional chairs and a large smart tv. There is counter and table seating for dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential tools.

The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy.

There is a 2 hours limit on street parking. Cars will get ticketed if parked there longer than 2 hours.

While there is public transportation through the bus system, we suggest renting a car or using Uber/Lyft to get around.

Once you are in downtown St. Augustine, most attractions are within a short walking distance, or you can use the Trolley system to get around.

There are no parties or events allowed.
There is no smoking, vaping, or marijuana use allowed.
Do not attach anything to the walls or move any furnishings.

Washing machine lid MUST be left open to prevent mold.

No Street Parking - space for 3 cars is provided; 1 inside the garage and 2 in the driveway. Please park in the garage or driveway to avoid being ticketed/towed. No parking on the lawn.

If the cleaning company charges an additional fee due to guest not checking out on time, or leaving the space in a condition that requires extra cleaning services, these charges will be passed along to the guest.
