Great location. Very close to the historic district. Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The price was reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Cleanliness was top notch and so was service from staff. My only complaint is being charged for parking, $10 for 1rst car and $20 for 2nd car. There's no gate, nor security so its just another way to get money.

Bad experience. Had to pay $30 to park our pick up & uhaul. Unsafe area. Said to take all things out of your car & not responsible for stolden items. We have a packed pick up & uhaul. It would be really nice if on the weekends the breakfast was extended until at least 10. :00 a.m.. we didn't get in until after midnight. By the time we got the children settled and asleep it was 12:30 1:00 in the morning and getting them up and downstairs for breakfast by 9:30 was very difficult. The breakfast being one of the reasons we booked the hotel in the first place. Normally we don't book with comfort inn but the location was convenient.

Very happy with a hotel that actually lived up to what was advertised on Expedia. We did have to drive everywhere, but was easily located right there on the main road that took us into St. Augustine. Easy to get in and out. Desk staff was friendly and helpful with local dining suggestions.

Breakfast is lacking, why charge for parking?!

The hotel is new and clean. We had a neighbor with a “service dog” that barked a lot. Went to get into bed the first night and there was no top sheet, one of the pillows stunk like the previous person’s stinky cologne, had to leave it on the couch the whole stay. The comforter on the king bed is too small, more like a queen or full size. The voucher system to get breakfast is ridiculous, have never seen that anywhere before. The breakfast never changes, same 3 cereals, bananas, yogurt, waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, fake scrambled eggs and sausage. I always choose pay at the property when I book a hotel, they tried to charge my card $183 2 days before check in which my bank declined, so I had to call and have a fit so they wouldn’t give my room away that had been reserved for months. Also crazy that you have to put your room key card in a slot in the wall for all the lights and AC to work in the room. Oh, and charging you for parking like they are downtown when they have a huge parking lot is also insane. It was okay but I don’t understand why it has such great reviews.
