This two bedroom two bathroom resort condo provides a clean, classy coastal vibe featuring an awesome open floor plan that displays views of the beach dunes throughout. The spacious outdoor patio offers new tile flooring, a cozy loveseat, table and two comfy chairs making it the perfect spot to catch the sunrise with your morning coffee or relax in the evening sipping your favorite beverage while the beach grasses and palm trees sway in the sea breeze.

The just renovated kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and plentiful cupboard space complete with coffee maker, cookware, dishes and everything you would need for your visit! The large glass dining table has seating for six and the counter bar offers seating for three.

The bright and airy master bedroom features an impressive new king bed, a large window displaying the beautiful coastal landscape, a writers desk and nicely redone master ensuite. The guest room offers new beds for three, a comfortable double bed and a comfy twin. All rooms feature smart TV's and fast wifi! The unit was as described and the location was very nice. A few anomalies we noted were that the place was not very clean, especially compared to the 8-10 other VBRO's I have stayed at. Pots and pans had reached the end of their economical life. TV in maser was next to inop. Furniture was low end and also at the end of it's useful life. Otherwise, It was Ok

Perfect Location

We had a great stay and were extremely happy with both the condo and the location. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Everything was well maintained and they had chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc for the beach. Short walk to the beach and not far from downtown St Augustine

Lovely beach condo

Updated, clean, quiet and not overly beachy frilly decorations. We really enjoyed our stay. The walk way to the ocean was only a few steps away. The view from the outside patio was of sand dunes but the sound of the ocean came through perfectly. We recommend this condo!

2024 Family Vacation...

The condo was smaller than we thought but all in all was plenty of room for a family of 4. The water pressure in the showers could have been better is our only complaint. We loved having the boardwalk steps away from the room. Very quiet area. The beaches were great, not crowded at all. The adult kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of places to eat on the strip or just outside of the strip. We would stay here again if we were in the area again.

Birthday vacay

The apartment was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed on at any rental. The only issue is the main bathroom shower water pressure is terrible. The one in the master bedroom is excellent. The only thing that disappointed me is there was mold/mildew in the Lower part of shower of the master bathroom . It would’ve Been nice to maybe have a little informational notebook on hot tub locations and times the pool and hot tubs were open and maybe some suggestions of good places to eat and have entertainment.

Wonderful location!

My family of 3 had a great time. The location was unbeatable - so close to the beach. I love having a washer and dryer on a beach vacation, so we were able to stay on top of all the sand. Loved the little porch - perfect for early morning reading, where you can hear the ocean, yet be so secluded with the dunes. Only suggestion for improvement would be to get a more comfy couch/seating in the living room, but overall, this place was great!

Typical Beach Condo

The kitchen was very well appointed.. Other than that I have to say I would not stay there again. The living room furniture is completely broken down and needs to be replaced. The beach chairs (5), 3 were broken or rusted shut. The bath towels were thread bare. The pictures look very nice and light and bright and good sized rooms But they must have used a flash and wide angle lens. It was pretty dark with inadequate lighting and light bulbs that were burned out. It doesnt look as nice in person as it does in pictures . It seems that the owners haven’t seen it in awhile because it is in need of some TLC! The master shower was very dirty with black grout and hairs that didnt not belong to me! The cleaning crew wanted me to start a load of wash. However no detergent was provided.

Ocean front condo

We felt safe in this complex. We were located just steps from the walkway to the beach which was really convenient. Although we couldn’t see the ocean, we could hear it. Our patio was secluded so the wind was blocked. The unit was stocked with the necessities. It was comfortable for the 2 of us. The flow of the water in the shower outside the 2nd bedroom was pretty weak, but the shower in the main bedroom was fine.
