The space
Set on Cordova Street, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath upstairs duplex unit offers a fully separate living space with its own private entrance. This is renting just the upstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the downstairs unit. Each property has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs & downstairs units once inside, allowing for privacy throughout your stay. Each unit sleeps 4, or if renting the entire property (Cordova A+B) then it sleeps 8.

Living area
High ceilings, tile floors, and natural light create a bright and welcoming environment. The living room provides comfortable seating and an HDTV, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the historic district.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms feature queen beds and storage space, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout works well for couples, friends, or small families, with a pack-n-play and baby gate available for added flexibility.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space for preparing meals, supported by a full kitchen setup and dining table for shared meals or a quiet morning coffee before heading out.

Bathroom & laundry
A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials is provided. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays more convenient.

Outdoor space
Step outside to enjoy a patio or balcony, offering a quiet spot to take in the surroundings. Please note that the backyard is shared with the downstairs unit when renting only this upstairs space.

Amenities
Guests have access to Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and free parking on premises. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth and flexible arrival.

Neighborhood
Located in the heart of St. Augustine’s historic district, you are within walking distance of Castillo de San Marcos, local restaurants, and the charming streets that define the nation’s oldest city.

Pets are not allowed at this property, and there is no fire pit.
