Beach access is only four houses away from the property, and you`ll also have the luxury of a private outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse. Within walking distance, you`ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars to explore.

The master bedroom is a serene haven, boasting a generous king-sized bed and opening up to a private front balcony through a sliding glass door. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled, featuring all-new appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, accented with white cabinets and granite countertops. Enjoy brewing a morning cup of coffee, mixing drinks, or preparing a gourmet meal. If you need groceries, Publix is conveniently located just a mile away.

This apartment also includes a comfortable living room equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi access. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are at your disposal, along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your beach adventures.

Parking space for two cars is readily available on-site.

Situated on the east side of Beach Boulevard, this apartment is a mere 200 feet from a boardwalk that leads over the dunes to the beach and the mesmerizing ocean. St. Augustine Beach is renowned for its pristine white sands and warm waters, providing you with the perfect opportunity to connect with nature. Whether you`re collecting seashells, keeping an eye out for nesting turtles, observing sea birds, or catching glimpses of playful dolphins, you`re in for a treat. And for those seeking more active pursuits, feel free to surf, boogie board, engage in beach games, or simply relax and bask in the inviting Florida sunshine.

Guests will have full access to all of the property. There is one small locked owner`s cabinet.

No smoking in the property or on the patio.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
Additional Guests - The apartment can comfortably accommodate two people. Additional guests are not permitted.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your pets! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, 40lb weight limit per dog, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. On the balcony we have water and food bowls, also there is an outdoor shower to rinse off your dogs when returning from the beach. We will provide you with a list of recommended places that are dog friendly. Please tell us about your pet(s) when you request to book.

***Pet Fee - An additional pet charge of $40 per dog, per stay will be required.

Smoking - There is no smoking allowed inside the house or on the balcony.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
