The living room features a 50" Flat Screen TV, Blue Ray player, ceiling fan, as well as a swivel rocker recliner, and a floor lamp for your reading pleasure. The Master Bedroom welcomes you with a new King size memory foam bed, 32" Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan, seating area in front of a large window for Ocean/Pool viewing, built in vanity w/mirror and lots of storage along with a Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The Guest Bedroom has both a Queen size Memory Foam Bed and a Twin size bed, and boasts a Western facing balcony with views of the Intercoastal Waterway. You will find Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, a Beach Umbrella and even a crock pot so your dinner can be waiting for you after a relaxing day at the beach! The walk in shower downstairs has safety hand rails. The upstairs bathroom is newly remodeled
