I like that the hotel is walkable from the historic district. We parked the car and we were happy to walk. The room was clean. However, our room was near the exit stairs and it was loud, always someone walked at day/night. First time I woke up in the middle of the night thinking that someone opened our door, but it was our neighbor's door/room. So, the walls and doors are thin and we could hear everything around. Another concern I have it's parking. They cleaned parking every day and blowed all trash/sand/leaves from the ground to the parked cars. My car never so dirty and covered in sand as it was when I left it parked for two days at the hotel. They charged parking fee per night (about $25/per night) and I do expect at least some care for the parked cars. So, I'd say it's ok to stay there but not the best.

Convenient Location and Clean Hotel

Nice hotel convenient to all historical areas for those who like to walk. The Fountain of Youth area offered much more than I expected. Pirate Mary was a great guide at the Pirate Museum.

Close to everything. Most attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. I would pass on the breakfast you pay $17 dollar a person for what most hotels include for free .
