Compact living space but very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, a little tight on the sides, but doable for an older couple like us, so probably not even a consideration for younger people. Nice kitchen, no stove but we brought our electric frying pan and were able to cook with that and the grill. The communication with the property manager was good. We had an issue with the water heater operating consistently and plumber was called. They were not able to repair it during our stay but Trevor made it right. The property is close to the historic district and just blocks from the winery which is a hop on hop off stop. An Uber to the historic district and the waterfront restaurants was a 7 Uber away. We would stay here again. Thanks Trevor

We had a great one night stay! We were in town for a concert and it was the perfect place to come back to. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Our granddaughter slept on the sofa bed and did just fine. It is within walking distance of downtown but we chose not to walk since we would have had to cross a busy main road with a little one. The Blue Hen is one street over and definitely in walking distance. Great breakfast! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great little bungalow, very roomie and updated. Close to all popular spots can drive or walk (a little longer but could get some steps in) to anything. Washer and dryer on site so that is nice to have. Great breakfast place around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Trever (host) was fantastic, accommodations very simple but very nice, up to date and clean. Proximity to everything St. Augustine was ideal.. not a good walk around neighborhood (I like to do that.. but not an issue). It didn’t bother me, but should note proximity to train tracks (couldn’t see, but heard.) - thanks Trevor!

We had a very pleasant stay at this bungalow. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was great, close to many restaurants and places to explore, which made everything very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The bungalow was so clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. I was a little worried in the beginning that there was no stove, but the owner had seriously thought about everything and there was a little plug-in stove top. It also had all of the utensils needed for the grill. I was pleasantly surprised with the bungalow and would definitely book again.

All good things to report. Super clean. Newly updated inside. Nicely decorated. All the amenities needed were on hand. Very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to historic downtown so didn’t have to pay for parking every day. The host, Trevor, was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we visit St. Augustine we’ll look to stay there again!
