Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, great amenities, and very nice breakfast. Family of 4, including two kids, and would definitely stay again. Great location - beachfront with a beautiful beach, and only a few minutes’ drive into historic St. Augustine. Beach trolley pickup versus fighting parking also a plus! Highly recommend.

The check-in was unacceptable. Booked through Hotels.com because I was on the road and not sure what was available in the are as it was an unplanned trip. Once I arrived at the hotel they said that the “description” of the room on Hotels.com was wrong and that there was not a similar room available. We specifically ordered a king suite, full ocean, with balcony. There were less expensive options for partial ocean, patio, etc but king suite, full ocean, balcony was picked and paid for. There was no savings for booking on Hotels.com, the price on the Hilton website for that same room was the same but in their words I was “misinformed” . They tried to get me to settle for 2 substandard rooms and it took almost 2 hours to get a room. Finally because I was polite but persistent they “upgraded” me to a room which was what I had selected to start. The whole process was very frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. To make matters worse, the in-room dining was available until 10 pm. After 2 hours of jockeying w rooms I called in-room dining at 9pm. There was no way to order online, you had to call. They kept me on hold or disconnected the call for 36 minutes. Bouncing around between the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant, no one had a motivation to help. Finally at 936pm the Rhum Bar answered. This option was listed for in-room dining available until 10pm. However I was told in-room dining was closed. No options available for food. The whole experience was awful.

Amazing New Year’s Eve Stay! We had a fantastic stay celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to ring in the New Year. The atmosphere was festive and well organized, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel special throughout our stay. Amenities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first stay here. The hotel is very pretty and clean. The free buffet breakfast was very good too. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is that our room had a “wet dog” smell. They said that they had deep cleaned it but it still smelled pretty bad. The rest of the hotel did not have that smell. It is a pet friendly hotel so I can understand that but other pet friendly hotels have a select number of rooms that a pet free areas for people choosing to stay there without pets. Otherwise it is a great place to stay for your vacation.

This hotel is wonderful in so many ways. It's not the most upscale as far are room decor etc, but the main hotel, grounds, beach, breakfast, and nightly happy hour and musicians just make tour stay so great.
