Fantastic home with views of sunrises, sunsets, & dolphins + WiFi & shared pool
Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Wake up to the Atlantic from a full wall of glass in the primary suite, watch dolphins play from bed, then step onto your private balcony for sweeping views of the ocean, the resort pool below, and the Intracoastal beyond. This 1,560 sq ft corner condo on the 4th floor of Sand Dollar II sits genuinely on the water on Crescent Beach, with lighted tennis courts and a huge oceanfront pool just downstairs. Guests rate the location 4.8 out of 5.

The Space
Being a corner unit is what makes this one different: the private balcony wraps far enough around that you can take in the ocean, the resort pool below, and the Intracoastal side all from the same spot, morning coffee in hand or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. The balcony is covered but sun-splashed at various times of day, furnished with casual seating and a small table, and reachable from both the living room and the primary bedroom — perfect for slipping out at night for a look at the moonlight on the water.
Inside, the living and dining area is light and comfortable — soft carpeting, leather seating, a large flatscreen with cable and DVD player, and a dining table right alongside for card games and puzzles. The kitchen is properly stocked, not just serviceable — cookware, dishware, glasses and utensils enough that you won't be running out for a colander or extra cups halfway through the trip. A full-size washer and dryer sit in the utility room alongside beach chairs and other essentials, so packing light is a real option here.
Access is by elevator to the 4th floor — no stairs to manage with luggage or beach gear, though please note the unit itself is not equipped for wheelchair accessibility. Free covered parking and a garage are available on-site.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite) — 1 King bed
Bedroom 2 — 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3 — 2 Double beds
The primary suite is the standout: a genuinely spacious room with a king bed, dresser, standing mirror, and its own flatscreen TV, with one entire wall made of glass facing the ocean and a sliding door out to the balcony — the room reviewers call out for the sunrise and for watching dolphins play without leaving bed. Bedroom 2 has its own sliding door to a second balcony with Intracoastal and sunset views, plus a TV. Bedroom 3, with two double beds and a flatscreen of its own, means no arguing over the remote. Towels and linens are provided for every bed.
——————————————————————————
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 (Primary, en-suite) — Full bath, shower
Bathroom 2 — Full bath, shower (shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3, and the living area)

• Lighted tennis courts on-site, shared with the complex
• Charcoal grills on the ground floor near the courts, reachable by elevator
——————————————————————————
Beach and Wildlife
Crescent Beach here is uncrowded, sugary-white sand with strong shelling and surfing. Dolphins are visible from the balcony and primary bedroom window year-round, whales pass through in November, and sea turtles nest along this stretch all summer. The Intracoastal side adds walking trails and easy access for canoeing, kayaking and boating.
