This waterfront property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the City of Saint Augustine. This apartment is on the first floor of a two story home. This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. Sail boats docked in the harbor and shrimp boats bringing home its catch provides a picturesque backdrop. Sit on the screened porch. Sip your favorite drink and watch the tide come in and out as the birds feed and frolic. the sunsets will entice you to sit and rest and enjoy the burst of color across the sky. This was my second visit to this property/different apartment. Although it was considerably smaller than my last visit, it had everything We needed for an enjoyable stay. As in the past, the apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Cute back porch with great views/very peaceful. Close to the Winery and Distillery and a short car trip to attractions.

Our host was very welcoming. We saw beautiful sunsets from the screened porch. Walking to the downtown historic area with shops and restaurants was great. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

This little hideaway was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed our solitude, but we were still so close to the historic downtown area. It had all of the amenities we could need. Parking was well marked which we’ve had issues with other VRBO’s. Decorating with their own artwork was a great touch. Thank you so much for helping us have a great anniversary getaway. Would definitely recommend this place!!

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The apartment was cozy, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. The screened in porch was a bonus a peaceful place for birdwatching and beautiful sunsets.We loved that it was walking distance to downtown St. Augustine, Great Restaurants, and short drive to beaches.Hyacinth & Michael were quick to response to all of our inquires. The Harbor Island apartment we stayed in perfectly met our needs for a brief getaway to the Florida coast! We liked being slightly off the beaten path away from the downtown area, yet could get everywhere we wanted to visit within a few minute car ride or a lovely longer walk. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and Michael and Hyacinth were extremely responsive to all of our questions. Thank you!!!

It was amazing! Perfect location and the place was very clean. Mike and Hyacinth are artists and have their beautiful paintings on the walls. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings with coffee and watching the sun set with a glass of wine in the evenings. Will definitely be back!

The apartment was perfect for our girls family getaway. Loved the artwork painted by the owners. There were 3 of us and although you could fit 4 since the pullout was a double, I thought it was great for 3 people. Kitchen was well-stocked and beach towels and chairs were provided. The screened in porch was an added bonus, as were the washer and dryer. We could not have asked for a better location within walking distance of the historic area, great restaurants, San Sebastian winery and the Distillery. Short drive to the beach. It was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the is beautiful home! It was so peaceful and quiet. The view of the sunset was amazing and the property itself is just gorgeous. The home is equipped with everything you need and the hosts were so kind and responded quickly. This home made our stay in St Augustine so relaxing and enjoyable.

Exactly What We Needed

Property was exactly as described! This is a quaint getaway with personality. Very comfortable and well furnished. It is a pleasure to come back to after a day out. Very reasonably pricing, clean, and the screened in porch is a great morning spot. Check-in was a breeze lock and code system worked perfectly every time. No key needed. Location is convenient, and the beach is a short drive with sites along the way. Owners provided helpful information and communications were warm and friendly. I would stay here again.
