Pool and hot tub were freezing! When we asked the front desk about it she goes they aren't working in a rude tone. Later called the room back to say a part was missing. Would have been nice to know before my son and I went to get in. Lady working the breakfast was amazing.

Room With a View

Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the ocean. We were a little early checking in but the attendants quickly prepared the room for our stay. Many thanks for that. We loved staying at the beautiful beach. And, also enjoyed a short ride to the Historical District for a fun day.

Shocked by a barking dog.

Staff was exceptional, the young girl that was in charge of setting up for breakfast was outstanding, she went out of her way to help us The stay was very nice overall until someone's dog started barking for at least an hour or more. I had to call front desk and asked them if they knew there was a dog barking in the hotel, they did and were working to contact the customer but the customer was not answering the call or returning their call. Barking continued for about another hour. My daughter has special needs and she goes to bed early so when we heard a dog barking we were shocked, didn't know hotel was pet friendly. If I knew I would have booked another hotel. .

Great team on site, great location

Great staff, very friendly and always available. Our friends stayed and when their heating unit didn’t work, the staff had it completely replaced in 20 minutes after their call. I only gave 4 stars for comfort because the mattress was harder than i like and exacerbated some arthritis in my back and hips, but others may prefer that. Location is perfect!

The bed in our hotel has got to be the worst bed I have ever slept in. This is the first Hilton affiliate that I’ve ever had this problem in. Usually, they are the most comfortable beds. This bed was hard as a rock

The hotel is very clean. The staff was wonderful! Friendly and considerate. We enjoyed staying here, located on the beach! Only drawback wasthat niether the pool or the hot tub worked. It was extremely cold. We were told that we could use both at the Hilton across the highway until they were fixed. The location and the beach totallymade up for the incany inconvenient.
