My only complaint is that one morning while I was getting complimentary coffee there was an argument between staff, the cook and a helper. The attitude of the helper was rude and very disrespectful towards the chief. He wanted a simple question answered and she couldn't be bother. They should not have aired this in the lobby and the woman working behind the desk should have told them to move too. Not very professional at all!

Our toilet didn’t flush, we called and someone came to check and “he said that he have to wait till Monday because they had no plumber on the weekends” on top on that they didn’t have another room available , but the parking lot was half empty ..

Good stay and St. Augustine Beach

Good experience, staff was really friendly and the room was tidy and clean! Cold weather so didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice as well! Good value for money!
