The place is very nice and comfortable, the service is excellent, and everything is very clean, including the rooms. It's a very comfortable hotel for families, and the included breakfast is very good. Without a doubt, when I return to Saint Augustine, I will stay at the same hotel again.

everything except for the vallet parking ,its hard if you forget something in your car and you have to call them and bring it again where as if you can park it yourself and be able to acess it if you need it..

Had a great 1 night stay here, rooms very clean, hotel very clean, modern feel throughout, staff welcoming. I didn't read the small print on parking, costs $25. Breakfast was really good value at $11 each, plenty to choose from with a mixture of hot and cold options. I was expecting to be ripped off with drinks & food, like most hotels do however it wasn't that bad at all. The only negative we had was the AC in the rooms - sounded like a truck when it was going. Not so bad in the cooler months but figure it'll be worse during the summer.
