Downstairs offers a warm and inviting living room, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals.
Enjoy Wi-Fi, one dedicated parking space in front, and a parking pass for the nearby city garage. Step out back to a shared yard with hanging lights – perfect for evening unwinding. Before embarking on your exploration of this town of endless possibilities, indulge in a moment of relaxation with a cup of coffee or tea at a local shop.

-Home is behind Firestone. Do not recommend renting for guests sensitive to noise.
-Across the street is a social bar (Spinster Abbotts) that usually ends late on weekends
-Take advantage of personal parking in front of the home. Do Not park between house and stop sign. Park after stop sign without yellow curbs or driveways. Recommend parking same direction as traffic to avoid parking violations (less than 6 inches from curbs).
-Kitchen has cooking and eating needs (no spices)
-Bathroom essentials are provided

Convenience is key here, super close to the main area, walking distance. Across the street from a few places to eat and convenience store. Excellent location. The parking has a lot to be desired however, unfortunately it can't be helped due to historic location, but managable. Would rent again.
