Wake up to sea air and start your day with the sand only a short walk away. This bright upstairs villa in St. Augustine Beach was built for easy, unhurried beach time, and its large private deck is where most mornings and evenings tend to land.

The home has two bedrooms and one full bathroom, sleeps up to six, and offers 900 square feet of comfortable, recently remodeled space. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has a queen, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements. The floor plan is open, so the living room, dining area, and kitchen share one connected space and the group never feels split up. The living area is casual and easy to relax in, with a flat-screen TV and WiFi, and both bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs when someone wants a quieter corner at the end of the day.

The kitchen is a highlight for anyone planning to cook. It has granite counters, full-size appliances, and the everyday basics covered, including cookware, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. Simple breakfasts before the beach and relaxed dinners afterward are no trouble at all. A washer and dryer are on site, along with linens, towels, and central air and heat.

Outside is where this place really earns its keep. The upstairs deck looks out toward the Atlantic and catches the breeze, and it is a fine spot for coffee at sunrise or a quiet drink after dinner. A fenced backyard gives you a bit of green space, and an outdoor shower out back is perfect for rinsing off sandy feet before heading inside. The villa is pet-friendly, so the family dog is welcome to come along for an additional pet fee.

St. Augustine Beach sits on Anastasia Island and keeps a relaxed, beach-first pace while leaving the historic old city close by. You are near beach shops, casual restaurants, and the county pier, with Anastasia State Park a short drive away and downtown landmarks like the Castillo de San Marcos easy to reach for an afternoon.

This is a great little place for your visit to wonderful St Augustine. It's decorated nicely, very clean, has everything you need! Just a few houses from the beach, with a nice view of the ocean, complete with the sound of waves, from the deck!

Great place to vacation!

The house is in excellent condition and very clean. The location is great - less than a 5 minute walk to to the beach and also just a short drive to the historic district and other restaurants and attractions. The balcony was a great place to hang out and visit with friends. We will definitely keep this one on our list of properties to visit again.

Just a few blocks from great food and 1/2 block to beach! Clean and comfortable. Second floor offers a water view and nice breezes. Appreciate the yard for the dog.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here. Easy access to literally everything beach and A1A. Good view of the ocean from the deck where we spent alot of our time in the evenings. Will ne back and recommend!
