Open concept, main floor with a cozy living area, office nook, well-appointed kitchen, screened-in porch, and jewel box powder room. The second floor boasts an inviting master with a private balcony, king bed, and daybed, and a bright second bedroom with two full beds. Custom walk-in shower, double vanity, comfortable linens, and ensuite laundry complete the top story. Plenty of room for adults, kids, and furry friends to hang together and have a comfortable sleeping space. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private, outdoor rain shower and enjoy dinner and a campfire in the fully-fenced backyard, complete with string lights and mature landscaping. An outdoor grill, high-end cooktop, bar seating, and outdoor picnic table are just what you need to prepare and serve a tasty meal.

Located in the heart of the sought-after numbered streets, a 4-minute walk gets your feet in the sand to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee, surfing, and plenty of beach relaxation. Walk toward the ocean and stop by Cafe 11 for good eats, craft beer, and tunes. Great house and perfect for our little dog. Everything is there that you need and I love being so close to the beach and our favorite restaurants and coffee shop. Beds were comfortable and everything is clean and updated. The outdoor shower is amazing! Fenced in yard and beach supplies made the stay so convenient.
