Hotel average. Worker Sabrina was a horror
Hotel was average. Room was very clean but shower area really needed and update. Breakfast selection was really good and had fresh options for everyone in the family. Sabrina at their front desk had absolutely horrible customer service. With the two times we had an interaction she was rude, snippy, and condescending. Personally my family and I will not go back purely because of how Sabrina spoke to us and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. In her words, "we were lucky they could get us a room", we had this reservation for months. Just a horrid display of customer service skills.
