I liked the upgrades in the hotel. Simple, but what you need. Perfect spot to walk to the beach, the pier and restaurants. 10 min drive to downtown. Front desk staff were nice and friendly.

Regency is just across the street from the beach. For a great price, you get a clean room with a great firm bed and an excellent shower. Nothing too flashy, but you can't beat the price.
