***Sea Haven is performing stucco and balcony repairs through the end of December. Once the stucco work is done, then painting of the buildings, balconies, railings, etc. will commence in January. There will be workers present during the day and there will be noise associated with the work being done.***

This spacious, beautifully furnished three-bedroom retreat comfortably hosts up to six guests, offering private beach access just steps away for endless days of sand, surf, and sunshine. It is a 2nd floor, corner unit, with the bedrooms up on the 3rd floor of the building.

Sea Haven blends comfort with coastal charm. Splash in the inviting swimming pool, enjoy friendly competition on the putt-putt course or shuffleboard court, and gather for sunset barbecues at the shared charcoal grills.

Parents will appreciate the well-appointed amenities and peaceful atmosphere, while kids can revel in fun-filled activities. A fully equipped fitness center and relaxing outdoor spaces round out the experience, ensuring there's something for every member of the family. The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
