Welcome to Sea Oats Villa 5!

Enjoy your vacation at one of the finest rentals in St. Augustine Beach! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is part of a boutique complex with only nine units and has been fully renovated, including brand-new windows. With direct oceanfront access and a private dune walkover, you’ll love spending time on the wide, white sandy beaches.

After a day of exploring the historic district or collecting shells on the beach, unwind in the cozy living room with a flat-screen TV or relax on the screened-in porch while listening to the waves. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for a peaceful retreat, while the master bedroom boasts ocean views, a king bed, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and its own private bathroom.

The hallway includes a fully updated bathroom with ample counter space and a shower. The bright, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, offering essentials like a Keurig, pots, pans, and plenty of dishware. You can dine in or explore the local restaurants and shops along A1A Beach Blvd for souvenirs or other needs.

Sea Oats Villa 5 is the ideal spot for your St. Augustine Beach getaway, and we look forward to hosting you!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

As typically happens on VRBO, the rating and description of this condo are overstated. It is unfortunate reviewers and hosts aren’t a little more honest. The rating and description of this condo are overstated. This condo isn’t exceptional. The condo is in a great location. There is a good view of the beach over the dune and you can hear the ocean. Necessities are a short drive away. The condo was clean and does have other bright points.The condo hasn’t been completely renovated as stated. The floors, bathrooms and kitchen look like they have had recent (within last few years) renovation work. The walls and trim could use paint. The door in the 2nd bathroom is cracked and delaminating on the inside from the bottom up, & the hinges are covered in rust. The condo furniture, fixtures, and decor are old and dated. The blue couch is a sleeper. The cushions sag in, and the couch squeaks when you sit in it. Both beds are old innerspring mattresses on a metal frame (no box spring). The master bed is very soft and makes noise when you move in it. It is marginally comfortable. These beds are dated.The condo is equipped but not quite like a personal home as stated. Regarding the kitchen, there are no storage containers for leftover food. The frying pans are awful. The plates are old and chipped. There isn’t an ice maker, just 2 small ice trays; So, we had to buy ice. The kitchen could be better equipped and organized.Overall, the condo is comfortable and clean. Value was OK.

We had a great 4 night stay in this beautiful condo right on the beach. The space is spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished with comfortable beds (1 queen, 1 king and sleep sofa), modern kitchen and large dining and living space. A screened in lanai overlooking the dunes and ocean is the perfect finishing touch. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and beach toys to satisfy all. The proximity to restaurants is a big plus as we were able to walk to most of our favorite restaurants on A1A in St. Augustine Beach.

Nice but not luxury

It is a nicely updated room kitchen was nice flooring was nice. Had a pretty good size TV. Although nice not what I would call luxury. The couch and recliner were old and not great shape. Dont bother with the pullout bed.The board walk has no beach access so you must use the public access. View was nice. We could hear someone partying through the walls.(It was July 5th so we understand) The dryer sounds like a lawnmower. Stay was nice but way to expensive for what you get.

Perfect location and perfect view

I cannot say enough about this condo! My husband and i spent hours on the screen in porch. The breeze coming off the ocean was amazing. The space is open and comfortable. You can walk to bars, restaurants, ice cream and putt,putt is 2 blocks away! It is only 14 min to Publix and the same to get to historic St Augustine. Just perfect!The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great access to beach and restaurants

This is our second stay at Sea Oats. We love the location with private access to the beach, and that it’s in walking distance to restaurants (fun nightlife on the island!). The unit is beautifully updated and stocked with almost everything you need. (Scissors and a whisk would be nice additions). Management is friendly and responsive. You can’t beat waking up to the ocean view. You can even see the ocean from the shower! We will stay here again.

The listing was as promised. The condo was on the sand but sadly the weather did not allow for any walks on the beach. Enjoyed the heck out of the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom and the small deck. Very calming to have coffee each morning and enjoy the waves. Great breakfast spots nearby. Property was exactly what we expected. Beach view from balcony was great. The downside was it was cloudy 95% of our stay, one day it rained all day, 2 out of 3 of the beach chairs were broken, but my husband and I relaxed a lot and read several books and ate a lot of delicious seafood. A cloudy day on the beach is better than a great day at work! No sadness here!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo location and surrounding neighborhood was excellent. The 2nd floor balcony was screened so no bug issues in the evening (and morning) while we enjoyed an amazing view (and sounds) of the ocean. A short walk on their private deck and on a little path through the dunes made beach access easy. Spacious and updated EVERYTHING makes this Condo an excellent place to stay when visiting the area.

Graduation get away

Property was great and perfect location with ample parking. I never received a code for the door, so there was a delay in being able to get into the property. Called VRBO and they contacted property manager and problem was resolved immediately.
