Condo was spacious with a lot of accessories we enjoyed for the beach. The condo was also well kept and clean making it truly feel like a home away from home. As always, we enjoyed our stay in St Augustine and already are looking forward to returning in a few months.

Loved our stay! Super clean, plenty of towels and starter supplies (paper towels, tp, trash bags) and great locations! The pool was just a short 1 minute walk outside the back door and the beach was an easy 5 minute walk! We got our gate code, room code and all the check in information days before check in. That made coming very easy for a planner! While there, one of the window blinds broke and I messaged the host and it was fixed the next morning! Over all, we had a great experience!! We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

Awesome Spring Break!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was conveniently located, it was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was at check in, somehow we didn't receive the email with all of the details on how to get into the property. After an hour of calling VRBO and the property manager after hour line, we received the information we needed for access. The property manager was super nice and very apologetic. Everything was amazing after that! I will make sure I have that email before traveling next time...

Lovely condo

This was one of three units that our family utilized at Seaside at Anastasia. All units were roomy, clean, and very comfortable. Due to NO fault of management, the pool was closed for 2 days but we were able to entertain our group by shopping, taking a trolley tour, finding delicious places to eat, and enjoying visiting with other family members in the complex.

Terrific rental

Very clean, nicely furnished, easy check in. The ground floor location is perfect for easy access to pool and easy in/out with beach stuff. King bed was a little firm for my taste, but we travel with a foam topper due to my “Goldilocks” mattress needs. Can’t wait to stay again!
