other than the initial host behind the front desk asking me to wait while she chatted up a colleague, everyone else was great! But paying for parking is not called for and is a negative in my mind.

Very nice stay and shuttle to Visitor Center was great! I didn't like the $20 a day for parking, it should be in the price of the room, I feel it is a way to nickel and dime people.

The room was so noisey due to the dehumidifier that my wife and I barely slept all night. I complained at the front desk and was told it was Florida law to have it and it could not be turned off. They offered to move us to another room but what was the point in that. Every room has the dehumidifier. They offered to try and find us a room at another hotel. Sure, just what we need after an 8 hour drive. They must know how bad it is to even offer to do that. As if that wasn't bad enough, the shower head was filthy, ( I have pictures ) so we didn't dare take a shower. I dont know how bad the other rooms are but take my word, room 262 JUST DON'T GO THERE.

It’s a 2-star property so nothing fancy. Very clean. Be aware that there is a $20/DAY parking add on and a $35/DAY pet fee. I didn’t know that until AFTER I secured my non-refundable room rate. As a result I will not stay there again.

Charming southern hotel

Charming southern hotel with very clean rooms. Great pool area and good breakfast. Shuttle to downtown a definite plus or parking onsite is really good.

Mr. Dustin was our concierge and he was very helpful and professional. We enjoyed a clean room, clean bathroom and nice beds. The only thing is, that when you book the room they don’t tell you there’s a parking fee of $20/day. Only when the booking is done, they disclose that additional charge. Breakfast was good. We will comeback some other time when it doesn’t rain as much… Thanks.

Nice hotel, quiet area. Beds could be softer i felt like i was sleeping on bricks. The parking fee seems a bit ridiculous since you have a whole parking lot available. The pool was nice. I would stay again for the area, it convenient to downtown.
