Summerhouse Oceanview 2 bedroom Townhouse Unit 121

Sit on the balcony as you watch the ocean in our renovated ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. The unit has enough to sleep six. The master suite has a luscious king. Lay in bed while watching your favorite show as this unit has a TV in the master suite and you can't forget about the gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest room has two twins, and living room has a sleeper sofa in case you need an extra bed. The living room smart TV is equipped with a Blu-Ray player, has the option to watch Netflix, Youtube and with your own subscription VUDU, Prime video, Pandora, or iHeart radio for entertainment within the condo. Tile floors that look and feel like wood downstairs for easy clean up, carpet upstairs for comfort. We Do not accept reservations for less than a week. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off not so good, but ended as always great experience. We show up at 2 o’clock because we were told we can check in unit early but ended up not being able to check until 4:00 with no inspection done for cleaning crew. Other than check in everything was perfect we have been coming to summerhouse for 16 years we love our 4th July week of vacation!

Master bathroom sink would not drain, and this unit was infested with huge roaches. Every night the kitchen was crawling in them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the Summerhouse property. This is our second time staying in the complex and location and amenities are fantastic (close to the beach, numerous pools, tennis, and racquet ball courts). This unit was well maintained and had everything needed for cooking (we cook most of our own meals). We were told that there would be contactless check-ins at the condo, but when we reached out on arrival were told to come to the front office. Not a big deal, but hopefully that will be fixed with the communication by the management company, as that was something that another couple indicated happened to them too. Overall though, a great experience! Would definitely return to this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this newly renovated condo was wonderful! Even though we weren’t directly beach front, we could still see the ocean from the condo and had a great view of the pool. The swings were right outside the backstory which allowed East access for my kids. There is plenty of storage space in the master bedroom to make up for limited storage in the other bedroom. The property is well kept.

I have been here three times and would recommend Summerhouse to everyone who loves the beach, biking, exploring historic St. Augustine,fishing or just relaxing. The office management is very accommodating making all the guests comfortable. I also appreciated the owner of my condo allowing me to come in a day early. I love opening the patio door and windows to listen to the waves, however, the person staying in the condo below to the right smoked cigarettes on their patio morning, noon and night. The smoke engulfed my condo and the stench of the odor was awful. I'm assuming it must have been an owner being inconsiderate for their right to smoke. This made my stay in this condo very disappointing. I may have to look for another place to stay in the future.
