Incredible place! We highly recommend it. The beach is wide with soft sand and few people. The view of the ocean and the location are spectacular! The kitchen is extremely well supplied making it very easy to cook. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy access to the intercostal waters, old town St Augustine, and many tourist attractions. We scheduled our 2027 Snowbird trip at this location before we even left.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. We kept the balcony doors open most of the day because the breeze was amazing and hearing the ocean made you feel like you were on the beach, even while sitting in the living room! The entire property was pristine. We even used the shared gas grill and even that was properly cleaned and ready for use. We loved the short distance to the beach and how private the beach felt. It was not overcrowded by any means. The checkout process was also nice and easy! No long lists of things to do before you leave, very minimal asks such as take out the trash. We will definitely be back! Things to note: washers/dryers are in a central location for the property and do have a charge (Not a problem, just helpful information).
