Family Vacation

We plan a summer vacation in St. Augusti e every year for a week. This was our first year staying in this condo and it was our favorite one yet! The location was perfect, the condo was updated and most importantly- CLEAN! We would love the opportunity to stay here again during future trips!

Perfect location, Clean and Comfortable

The property is in a perfect location - right on the ocean, next to the pool, and close to shops and restaurants. It was a short 15 minute drive to St. Augustine. The unit was very clean, and seems to have been modernized, with lovely tiling in the bathrooms, and an up-to-date kitchen. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, but did not have a blender (we usually have smoothies for breakfast, but we adapted). We are also tea drinkers and there was no kettle, so we boiled water in pots. That in no way impacted our stay. There is a garage! A rarity in rentals, and there were plenty of beach chairs. If we come back to St. Augustine, we would stay again.

Get together with out of town family

We had a delightful time at Unit 18. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beds and bedding very comfortable. The king sized bed and two queen beds were perfect for our family. Location was wonderful, half way between beach and pool. Also near to great restaurants. All in all a great vacation!

Felt right at home on the beach!

I wish we stayed longer! We will most definitely be back! The mattresses were super comfortable, they felt brand new. Community was incredibly quiet and peaceful, no noise at all. The beach access was amazing, so great being super close to the beach and our side of the beach wasn’t that crowded at all. 1.5 mile Walk to the pier, short drive to all the beach restaurants. Unit was super Clean, furniture in the living room was very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, nice garage to Park your car in. We felt right at home! We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location

We came to town for a funeral so this was a last minute reservation . Check in was simple , condo clean and property was beautiful. Short walk across the boardwalk to beach . Property manager was very accommodating due to date scheduling error ( totally my fault) . Would love to stay here again !

Great location for a family vacation

this property was clean and very well equipped to cook if you dont like to eat out. We enjoyed early morning and late evenings in the beach just yards away. The swimming pool was clean convenient. We will stay here again.
