Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for everise wanted to see. Overall it was a nice quiet place except for the 2 rosters that roam the property. They let us know each day when it was time to get up. The staff did try to get rid of them, but they kept coming back. Oh well. But, we would still stay there again.

It was good for 1 night. The room was 62 degrees when we walked in! FREEZING lol. Only a thin blanket wrapped in sheets on the bed. But overall it was fine. The rooster crowing outside my door at 7 am wasn't my favorite while im on vacation 🙃

We stayed for less than 4 hrs. Went to get in the bed, pulled the sheets back and a roach ran across the pillow. I paid through Expedia at an Expedia rate and the hotel still charged my card as well and not the rate that Expedia said it was going to be. I asked for a refund when we checked out and never even got a call from the manager either. We ended ups roving back to Orlando instead of staying in St. Augustine.

Excellent stay! Everyone was nice and friendly, the room was clean and a nice size, breakfast was accommodating. Perfect location close to downtown and everything you could need within close proximity. Would stay here again!
