Want a relaxed, uncrowded beach vacation? Go where the locals go- Vilano Beach! This one-of-a-kind beach town is minutes from historic St. Augustine but feels like you stepped back in time.
Besides the miles of beautiful, secluded beaches the town offers a fishing pier, a Surfside Park, watercraft rentals for all budgets, parasailing, many fun parks and a children's playground. Tropical Paradise is a beautifully decorated townhome that you will look forward to coming back to in the evening. It is also walking distance to one of my favorite restaurants in St. Augustine, "Caps on the Water" the food and sunsets there are world famous. There is also Aunt Kate's restaurant and many other amazing choices for dinner or receptions. Vilano Beach is known for destination beach weddings because it is so secluded
Now let me tell you about Tropical Paradise, as soon as you walk into this gem you will notice what remarkable taste the owners have. They have gone out of their way to make you feel comfortable and the beach theme is cozy and relaxing. There is a large back yard with a patio to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a new grill for your fresh catch of the day. The grill is there for you to enjoy; you just need to catch the fish.
IF YOU ARE RELOCATING THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR EVERYONE AND PETS
The living room has cozy couches to relax in and watch movies at night on the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to eat in or there are many dining choices nearby.


The downstairs bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and another flat screen TV to help you wind down the day. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, so this is a perfect unit for two couples or a family. There is also a large bathroom upstairs. So, this fabulous unit can sleep 6, if you want to bring an air mattress.
There is also a washer and dryer if you want to wash any clothes while you are there.

Tropical Paradise is located conveniently within minutes of countless amazing restaurants, state parks, miles of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches you can find anywhere near, amazing historical sites, world-class shopping, and so much more. Local activities in the area include boating, biking, birdwatching, fitness, salt and freshwater fishing, whale-watching in the winter months, world-class golfing, hiking, parasailing, tennis, scuba diving, surfing, or just a blast at the beach. You will never be bored, but you will be pampered at the end of the day at Tropical Paradise. Bring your flip flops and come see us!

Vilano Beach offers a variety of things to do, such as parasailing and has many fun parks that you can visit. Local restaurants such as Cap’s on the Water and Aunt Kate’s are amazing choices for dinner or reception spots. The sand on the Vilano Beach is a coquina sand mixture which truly shows the essence of St. Augustine. There is free parking off the beach so there’s no need to pay to get in and then from there, you’re only a short walk away from enjoying the serenity that is known as Vilano Beach.

Located on a scenic 6-mile drive north of St. Augustine, Florida. Tropical Paradise is just a short walk to the secluded Vilano Beach. Whether its shelling, surfing, fishing, watching the porpoise jumping year-round or whale watching in the winter months, this is the place to enjoy the beach.
Alternatively have lots of fun in nearby St. Augustine, the newest nation's oldest city, with its many attractions.

Relaxing

Ann is a wonderful host. She has such a green thumb and she works hard in the yards. It is beautiful location. Really dark at night so bring a flashlight. The condo had all the amenities for cooking, washing clothes, etc. All you need to bring is your personal stuff. The only thing that could have made it better for me is a chair in the living area. I have a bad back and the couch, while great for sleeping on, was difficult for me to get out of. I would definitely go back. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach (just a shame that Florida was cold that week). Plenty of places to eat. Grocery store 6 miles away. Easy access to downtown St. Augustine. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Beautiful BEAUTIFUL!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our beach vacation!! It was my husband, my Mom & myself (plus a few fur babies) that stayed. What a beautiful, tropical oasis that backyard is!! STRESS FREE VACATION!!!

I loved this place!!!! Me, my husband, my daughter and son-in-law, along with a 4 month old stayed here and it was better than the pictures. It is in a great location that is close to everything you want!!! The condo was clean, inviting, and smelled fresh. We had everything we needed and relaxed on the beach and in the comfortable couch and beds. The owners were very nice and helpful, giving us great ideas to eat and shop. I will definitely be booking this place again!!!! I give 5 stars to the owners and the place!!!

Great Condo near the beach

Loved this place. Just a few minutes to the beach (by feet or by auto). It was very comfortable for our group of 4. The theme and decor was on point. Couch was amazing, and the unit itself was cozy. We loved the outdoor grill/kitchen and utilized it a few times. The hosts were very accomodating and made sure our needs were met. At the same time they gave us our space and never intruded on our trip. Great balance. The location of Vilano beach was perfect for us. Historic St. Augustine was a hop, skip,and a jump away. We had a great experience at Caps on the Water which is a few minutes away. Highly recommended ! I can see us back there.

We really enjoyed the location and the hospitality. Definitely loved the St. Augustine area and Caps on the Waters and Aunt Kate’s were both amazing restaurants. The host was extremely nice and welcoming.

Very Nice!!

Michael and Anne were so nice and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were exactly how they were pictured. The house was very warm and welcoming with all the decorations. It was very equipped with just about anything and everything one would need. We will defiantly be back!!

Quiet Location

Unit was very clean. Ms. Anne was wonderful, very easy to work with. Although it was not an issue for us, the upstairs loft where the 2nd Bedroom is located was a little warm for our liking. However, there was a fan provided to help mitigate. We would stay here again.

Perfect beachhouse

Wow. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This home was perfect for us. Clean, bright, and so, so comfy. The backyard was a true oasis, and our dog Kit loved it! She could not wait to get out there every day. Beach access is super close, and the beach is beautiful and so very quiet. It's also very easy to get anywhere nearby. It's in a true neighborhood and we felt very welcomed. Ann is an amazing host. She was available for anything we needed from recommdations to a pair of pliers. Super friendly and relaxed. I just can't say enough good things. Our new beach fav for sure.

Great Vacation Gem

Our vacation at the Tropical Paradise was fantastically convenient, comfortable, and clean for our small family. The property had a very homey feel and had so much to offer inside and outside the property. Located north of Vilano, the beach town property is in driving distance if you want to walk or park your car to head to the beach, or river. St. Augustine, or Jacksonville is very quick trip on AIA. The property itself is nested in a condo neighborhood and it felt so clean and comfortable for my family and dog. If you have pets, the backyard is a great adventure for your pet. We had everything we needed and more to entertain ourselves in the condo. The property manager Anne was so friendly and is very easy to work with. We highly recommend this place if you want to get away from all craziness and have some piece of mind.

Absolutely love this property! Property managers were incredible, location incredible, walking distance to beach, dog friendly-our 95 pound golden loved his stay! The couch was the best part!! The most comfiest couch I’ve ever been on. Would return just for couch! Will definitely be back and already can’t wait for our next vacation!! Ann and Michael were awesome!

Spot on location!

The property was in a great location with a great bonus golf cart rental for direct beach access. The back yard was like a little jungle paradise of my own. Everything g you could want was provided for me. From all cleaning supplies dish soap laundry soap dishwasher everything! Plenty of extra towels and blankets. The rooms were quite large with space to put an air mattress which was provided as well! We had one minor issue where something broke and the property manager was wonderful. Handled it as soon as possible and was very nice and not upset about it. Would stay there again.

Owners have created relaxing retreat inside and out.

Inside decor and amenities are lovely and the backyard is beautifully landscaped. It gave us everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful place to spend your vacations!!!!

Beautiful city !!! Casa Lah Ti Dah very Confi and clean ... Bedrooms are big and Kitchen have everything you need. Anne and Michael the owners are such a wonderful persons!! I highly recommend this house to spend a really nice vacations with family and friends !!!👍👍😄 We are planning to come back next summer ... definitely.!!!!!
