Stunning Seaside Studio Condo With King Bed & Heated Pool, Steps To Beach!

Saltwater Suite is a studio condo with king bed, kitchenette, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. Only steps to Crescent Beach and the heated pool. Recently remodeled ground floor unit (no steps). Obstructed ocean view (no balcony) from large window facing north. We are located just a short drive south of St. Augustine and its many attractions and activities, so this is the perfect location to either lounge on the beach, swim, or experience the enchantments of the historic city.
CONDO AMENITIES
This 300 square foot, first-floor condo was remodeled in 2018 with a new kitchenette with granite counter top, microwave, refrigerator and custom built coastal furniture. We are constantly updating things in the unit. The kitchen also has a cooktop, toaster over, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.
The condo has one king bed, full bath, two-person dining area, sofa, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heat. There are two large windows facing north that overlook the public beach parking with obstructed views of the Atlantic ocean. Our condo is located at the north end of the Beacher's Lodge complex and has convenient beach access through the public access lot. You can also use the gated private access located between units 107 and 108. This is also the location of the Beacher's Lodge pool.
We provide the following items to make your stay more enjoyable: bath towels, bed linens, hair dryer, starter shampoo/conditioner/soaps, paper products, drip coffee maker and kitchen supplies.
Note: Although there is a lobby on site, the condo is privately owned and daily cleaning service is not provided. Guests do not check in at the lobby but rather go directly to the condo and use the door lock code, which will be provided the day before the guest checks in.
COMPLEX AMENITIES
The Beacher's Lodge complex has free parking for one vehicle per unit and the following amenities: heated pool, gated beach access, smoking areas, bike storage, communal charcoal grills, coin laundry, ice machines, elevators, and luggage carts.
LOCATION
Beacher's Lodge is located 6 miles from I-95 at what is affectionately known by the locals as South Beach or Crescent Beach, just 10 miles south of St Augustine, the oldest city in America. Walk to three local favorite restaurants or take a short drive to dozens more up and down highway A1A.
There is a convenience store one block away where you can buy fuel, ice, snacks, beer and wine. Beacher's Lodge is one mile to Dollar General, four miles to a Publix grocery store, five miles to the St Augustine Lighthouse, five miles to St Augustine Beach and six miles to famous restaurants like the Salt Life, Oasis and Sunset Grill. You are ten miles from the Bridge of Lions and the fort in St. Augustine.
If you'd like a surfboard, paddle board or bicycle, there is a rental shop two doors down where you can rent those sorts of things. And you can feel secure, even though you are on the ground floor because we are next door to the police department.
I also have a one bedroom, one bathroom condo, "Sunset Shack", listed on VRBO entitled "Beach Lover's Condo With Spectacular Ocean View" (Listing ID: 926176) in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It has received wonderful reviews since it has been listed.
Please be advised it is necessary to contact me before reserving any long-term stays over 28 days.
Please be advised that for reservations of 28 days or more, the cleaners will automatically provide a full cleaning once a week that includes fresh linens for $70 per week.
