Overall good. Clean. Biggest negative is the noise. Poor soundproofing and doors really bang shut when people enter and exit rooms. Hotel is also showing some age.

Clean but not consistent in rules.
Pros:pools and rec areas were not too crowded. Room was clean.
Cons:Customer service. who doesn't accept cash???? I always deal in cash, and had to improvise when I was denied.
The facilities were clean and the pools were nice and not crowded, and the game rooms were fun for the kids, but there were a few things that will make me likely not return. First off was check in... Very very long lines and very slow staff. When I finally made it to the front, I tried to pay with cash. I was informed they don't take cash. However later I learned from a friend that was staying as well, that the person in front of them was allowed to pay with cash without any question. this was about a half hour before I arrived. I also needed to get change for a $50 to pay the pizza guy, they almost refused that too. They have "rules" for kids in the hot tubs. My kids are well behaved and just wanted to warm up so they sat in one of the smaller, not as hot tubs.. they were requested to leave by management, so we complied with no issues. A short time later, there was a group of younger children in the same hot tub, the same manager walked by and said nothing. If you want to eat food you have to be away from the pool with your food, far enough that you can't supervise your kids. I understand rules, but it's not fair to not be consistent in enforcing them. And to not allow food in the area we set up seems silly, we were well into the carpeted area, as far from the pool as we could be. Lots of hotels in the St. Cloud area, I'm certain they accept the cash I wanted to pay with and our stay will be more enjoyable.
