We stayed for one night at this hotel while in town attending a service for a family member that had recently passed. After long day of travel from South Dakota, we arrived at the hotel after 10pm for our stay and immediately greeted by a friendly young lady who was very helpful and kind. Once we got to the room, we opened the door and immediately noticed a strange odor so turned on the fan in hopes it would help. (We both agreed the smell was similar to what could be that of a floor being mopped with dirty water but never were we able to place where it was coming from or what it was.) Due to the late hour of our arrival, we were too tired to call down to the desk to complain. We simply crawled into bed to rest up for the service we were attending in town the following day. We kept the fan on all night to circulate the air and in all honesty, we both slept great! The kitchen, bathroom and living room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable. However, we were never able to circulate the odor out of the room. When we checked out the next morning, we forgot to mention the odor to the front desk in our haste - but once again the staff was very friendly and the lobby, hallways, restroom next to the lobby were all neat and tidy. Despite the strange odor we experienced, we would give Homewood Suites another opportunity to host our stay. It was close to everything we needed - and the friendly smiling staff was enough to overlook what we believe to be an isolated incidence.

I took my family here to go swimming. The pool got “contaminated” and they told us it was closed for days. They offered us to go across the street to a sister hotel only to find that their hot tub was out of order as well. You can hear everything at this hotel. We booked a suite only to listen to the people above us very late into the night. No sound barrier. Was not a good experience and we requested a call from the manager and have not heard anything.

Property was in great condition. Nice courtyard with basketball court and plenty of space for small get togethers. Close to several restaurants, Great hotel, highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel & the staff make you feel at home
Pros:Everything!
Location:This hotel is across the highway from the mall and other shopping areas. Lots in walking distance and plenty of places to eat near by.
We picked this hotel because we were going to have my son'so first birthday party there with family and wanted a kitchen to prepare food. It was great! Then when we were setting up the hotel staff was so helpful and accommodating. They let us use the breakfast area and helped us get ice for our beverage buffet. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Thank you Perry and fellow employees. Rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Would and plan to stay again!

We were hear for a wedding reception. My whole extended family also stayed. Just worked out for our needs. The next morning we spent time outside in the patio! Walked to local shops too!!
