Our room 410 in Waite park smelled of must and smoke. We had king bed and pull out couch for four guests. There was not pillows or blankets upon arrival. They were out of pillows and could not provide any. The blanket given to us was thin and scratchy. The pool did not have towels that night and we got some at the front desk. I’m the morning there were also no pool towels. The front desk informed us that all the towels were being washed and none to give us. The commons area outside and the rocks and landscaping around the front entrance was filthy with tons of litter. I expected much much more from a Radisson. I will find another stay next time I’m in town.

Jesse was extremely helpful in making our reservation and extending it as needed. My husband was injured in a mountain biking accident and had to be transferred to St Cloud. When he was released he needed to heal before we could drive home. We had our dog with us and fortunately Residence Inn allowed us to stay near the first floor entrance convenient for my injured husband and dog. The room was great!
