This is a great place to land for a visit to St. John's. It's clean, well-equipped, and communication with Joanne was great. It happened to be hot when we were there and the one bedroom didn't have a fan, but when we let Joanne know, she ordered one which arrived the next day. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio after our full days of touring. Definitely recommend Joanne's place.
