This property is easy to commute from to downtown St. John's being on the Trans Canada Hwy. and approximately 14 k's from city center Staff were friendly and very helpful with some of the questions I had with respect to locations in downtown St. John's.

Heating cooling in-room unit about as noisy as a jet engine when starting up. Upstairs guests were heavy footing and every step reverberated into our room. Outside, when vehicles started up … one @ 2.30 AM … well, could have been IN the room. When it was quiet, it was quiet. Bed was comfortable and cleanliness of room very good.
