Although the Staff were friendly and clearly working hard to done their jobs well I feel like they are set up for failure with the odd layout of the lobby and reception desk. It was also disappointing that the pet friendly room that was sold as pets allowed ground floor had no ground floor access and a surcharge for pet, which, my bad for not checking, but I had assumed was included in the high room price. The room layout was also odd with the sink in the hallway instead of the bathroom. Overall the hotel is strange and inconvenient when travelling with pets. Book one of the other hotels with pet friendly rooms.

The place is very nice, good rooms, the kids really enjoyed the pool with the slides, super cool that Mario’s Restaurant is on-site, overall we had a good experience, the only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t do a good job cleaning our room while we were staying.

We stayed on the forth floor and its wasn’t to bad. There was no microwave and we waited 3 days to get a phone cord for the phone in the room. Friends of ours stayed on the third floor and it smelled so bad. Staff were friendly! Won’t stay there again.

Had to listen to kids and adults running and shouting. Went to the front desk after calling several times and no answer. I should be able to sleep and get my 8 years old to sleep and then being woken all night long. For 226 dollars a night I've have better stays at 60$ motels
