This hotel is a bit run down and needs a desperate update. Our room was disgusting with holes in the carpet, beat up furniture, rust on the bathroom hardware and the beds were horrible. This honestly reminded of a Quality Inn off an interstate.

The lobby looked good, but unfortunately that is where it ended. Our room was located by the lifts, which were in need of an upgrade & a clean. The noise from the lifts was very loud throughout the night. Our room had very old and worn carpet, broken/damaged furniture & missing tile in the very tired bathroom with very dated fixtures. We will not be returning.

The AC thermostat did not work well. The staff was friendly. On check in, I learned that I didn’t need two of my six night reservation, and the staff refused to give me the right to cancel blaming Expedia, and Expedia said it was the hotel‘s fault. Very frustrating. I probably should’ve booked directly with the hotel instead of through Expedia.
