Wonderful stay!

Hello, We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. The view was superb and we saw dolphins every day. What an experience! The bed was very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and the many television sets enhanced our evenings. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella were very useful. Points for improvement: - Provide scissors, tissues and Windex. - clean the air vent in the bathroom (dust ++) - replace broken clothes dryer. We would definitely consider renting the same unit again for a future stay.

Great 3rd Flr Corner Unit

Great 3rd Flr corner unit. It faces the pool on left hand side of middle building. It has a wonderful view of the bay. You can also see the sunsets. You can hear the causeway, but it isn’t that bad. I loved their super comfortable white lounge chair and they had tables both inside and on the balcony. The host gave the wrong code to the pool which is minor since the other guests were able to tell me what it was.

Absolutely perfect vacation. Period

Wish I could give more than five stars. The condo is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary tools, pans, appliances., etc. Perfect location for visiting all of the local beaches and attractions. But nice enough at the condo to just stay there and relax, too . The minor question/problem that I had the first day was resolved within minutes via text number provided. Some commented on the traffic noise from nearby roads but didn’t really bother us. We are home now but really miss sitting on the patio watching the dolphins. Thank you for a wonderful stay. (P.S. we recommend getting the ParkMobile app on your phone for convenient parking in the area.

Vacation Paradise

We loved the accommodations, although small, fine for two people with a large balcony. All furniture and bed was comfortable and the location was the best. We had great views of the sunset over the bay and were ten minutes from the gulf beaches and restaurants.

The place was very nice and clean. Looks like the pictures. My only complaint, and I don’t think I read this anywhere before booking, is that the condo is literally on a very busy 6 lane road basically next to a VA hospital. We could hear traffic and sirens on the patio and in the condo at all hours.

Spectacular view

This property was clean. It was quiet but we were not in the heart of season. The view was beautiful and the sunsets lite up the sky. It was nice to have a restaurant within walking distance otherwise had to drive.

Wasserblick mit Delphinen tÀglich

Der Aufenthalt in unserem Appartement war sehr schön. Der Balkon mit der großartigen Sicht auf die Boca Ciega Bucht war pure Entspannung mit viel Platz. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Und die Anlage selbst ist auch mega sauber und schön. Wir waren jeden Tag im Pool und haben direkt auf das Wasser der Bucht gesehen. Erholung pur. Gut sind auch die gesamten Sicherheitsvorkehrungen , zum Beispiel kann die TĂŒr zum Poolbereich nur mit einem Code an der TĂŒr geöffnet werden. Wenn es ĂŒberhaupt etwas zu bemĂ€ngeln gibt, dann maximal der etwas weiter entfernte Weg zu den StrĂ€nden, aber mit Auto ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem. Zum Madeira Beach nur 10 Minuten. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit hier.

Great view and balcony

We enjoyed the water view and watching the boats. The balcony was nicely setup with comfortable seats where we had morning coffee and returned after exploring the nearby beaches to watch the sunset. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My wife and I would stay here again.

Very relaxing balcony to drink wine and enjoy the view and sunset.

We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony see the birds, boats, dolphins and manatee. Traffic from the bridge was loud in the morning, better in the evening. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. We have wrong pool code so a resident told the right code. Interesting that you had use the code go in and go out. Pool towels from the unit was handy and the dyer. Great location and loves Doc Rum Restaurant! Warning-the king bed is high! I am 5’10” and I use the stool to get in the bed. Very comfortable mattress, love the ceiling fan above the bed. The bathroom is very small. One people at a time can use it. Missed have local TV channels and station for new and weather. Need antenna. Door code work every time!

Perfect Location

The view from this property was the reason we booked and it was perfect. The condo is exactly as listed. The balcony is large and has plenty of furniture. The kitchen has needed items but no extras. The trail across the street was great for walking. The pool area was clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend.
