Bahia Vista 14-562 is a top-floor condo with beautiful views of the open bay water, Don CeSar, and dolphins playing. It comes with access to Club Bahia amenities! This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps four guests, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Please note: The condo association board requires the guest to sign a simple rental agreement.

**Per association rules, ` Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the property. This includes balconies, patios, stairwells, walkways and roofs. `Smoking` shall include, but not be limited to, the inhaling, exhaling, and burning of any lighted tobacco or cannabis product, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco. `Smoking` also means and includes the inhaling and exhaling of electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, or other electronic nicotine delivery systems. **

The unit has 3 flat-screen TVs with cable, free North American long-distance calling, and free WiFi. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and an office workspace, adding to the home-away-from-home amenities. Sliding glass doors allow access from the living room and master bedroom to the spacious balcony with views of the bay and plenty of seating to sit back, relax, and listen to the palm trees sway in the breeze. You will also enjoy beautiful sunsets, watch dolphins swim, and play in the picturesque sunshine of Florida. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure during peak season.

Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods, each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, and some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopper’s Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.

`The Island is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters and the many beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort DeSoto Park, and Fort DeSoto`s North Beach, which is voted one of America`s top beaches. St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has various accommodations ranging from large-scale resorts to classic Florida mom-and-pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach, and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.”

In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east. The City of St. Pete Beach is just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach, and within 30 miles of St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. ‱ Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
‱ Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
‱ All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
‱ Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Swim meet

We were there for a swim meet. Clean, clean amenities. Not a fan of the no backing car in rule but we made it work. The only issue was someone coming into the trailer fix something after I requested they wait.

Beautiful with amazing views

We have now stayed in a few different condos in this complex. We come down from PA in August to drop our daughter off at Eckerd college. The condo complex is very close to there. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for our stay. Sunset was amazing from the balcony and we even saw dolphins multiple days. It’s also very close to downtown and the beaches. We will definitely be back!!

The property and location Checks All The Boxes! Staying on the bay is a beautiful view everyday and super close to Historic Pass A Grille Beach. We’ve stayed at various units for 4 years and absolutely Love the area. Unit was well maintained and comfortable!

Fabulous stay in St Petersburg FL

Wonderful property with amazing views over the waterway. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife and amazing sunsets. Easy access to Fort De Soto, St Petes Beach and St Petersburg.

Fantastic condo!

From the spacious and beautiful condo, to the perfect location, to the awe inspiring view from the balcony, this vacation stay was top shelf. Viewing pods of dolphins several times a day, sea birds, and the inter coastal boats was an immersive experience. Clean, comfortable and roomy, we felt more than relaxed during our stay. Bike trails, gorgeous landscaping, private pools, two private beaches, quite surroundings and super close to the Gulf, Pass A Grille, shopping and restaurants. We were spoiled for a week 😊 Highly recommend!

Could have been perfect, but...

Great location, nice and clean. Would have given it a 5 but painters on balcony and painting building for entire stay. The view could have been amazing but we were not able to enjoy as they were outside every day, scaffolds dragging on roof beginning at 8 am. We were surprised to find workers (Saturday, my husband's birthday) early morning on the balcony moving furniture and placing plastic wrapping over doors, as we were in bed and given no notification it was alarming. Would like to try this location again because the area is lovely, but will ask for notification of construction clause next time renting. When renting and I wish management would be fair about disclosing information to renters. We are entitled to use the amenities that are advertised and we pay for. In this case the view was described as an enhancement, but we could not enjoy.
