Sun Oasis combines the relaxed personality of a Florida beach house with thoughtful comforts for families and friends. Start the morning at the coffee station, relax beside the private pool, enjoy friendly competition in the game room, or pack the provided gear for a day at the Gulf beaches.

After the beach, the dedicated pool changing room makes it easy to transition back indoors. As evening arrives, gather around the wood-burning fire pit for s’mores, stories, and time together beneath the palms. Playful sea-turtle details, light coastal colors, and amenities for every generation give Sun Oasis its distinctive character.

FAMILY & BEACH EXTRAS
Sun Oasis makes family outings and beach days easier with a highchair, Pack ’n Play, stroller, children’s activities, blackout curtains, pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a wagon, and a cooler.

THE BEDROOMS
BEDROOM 1 — PRIMARY BEDROOM
King bed in the standout tropical-themed room, featuring palm-tree accents that create a serene oasis. The bedroom includes a Smart TV, direct access to the outdoor pool area, and ample under-bed storage. The bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom and features charming seagull accents and soft ambient lighting.

BEDROOM 2 — QUEEN ROOM
Queen bed with a beachy, tropical feel. This room includes under-bed storage, a large closet, a Smart TV, and access to the shared hall bathroom.

BEDROOM 3 — TWO FULL BEDS
A sea-inspired room with two full beds, closet space, a dresser, and a Smart TV—an inviting space for children, friends, or anyone who enjoys its playful coastal style.

Every bedroom includes a comfortable mattress, quality linens, and natural light.

THE BATHROOMS
BATHROOM 1 — ADJACENT TO PRIMARY BEDROOM
This full bathroom is located just outside the primary bedroom. It features seagull accents, soft ambient lighting, a dual rainfall showerhead, and bench seating. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided.

BATHROOM 2 — SHARED HALL BATH
Serving Bedrooms 2 and 3, this bathroom features a rainfall showerhead and a refreshing, spa-inspired atmosphere. Bath essentials and towels are provided.

BACKYARD & POOL OASIS
Step outside to your own private Florida retreat. Guests can enjoy the pool year-round and 24 hours a day, with heating included November through March. String lights surround the pool, creating an inviting atmosphere after sunset. Heating performance and water temperature may vary during unusually cool weather.

The fenced backyard includes lounge seating, pool towels and toys, tropical landscaping, propane and charcoal grills, and a wood-burning fire pit.

LIVING & DINING
The cozy, beachy living room features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a 65-inch Smart TV for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after the pool. The high-top dining table beside the kitchen seats six, with two additional seats at the butcher-block kitchen island.

KITCHEN & COFFEE STATION
Sea-turtle accents give the fully equipped kitchen its playful coastal personality. Modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils make home meals easy.

A stocked coffee station with K-Cup pods, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia helps make every morning feel like vacation.

THE GAME ROOM
The dedicated game room features foosball, magnetic darts, board games, puzzles, comfortable seating, and a children’s coloring and activity area—giving every generation a place to play together.

LAUNDRY, POOL ROOM & CHANGING ROOM
A full laundry room includes a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, detergent, and helpful cleaning supplies. The adjacent pool changing room makes it easy to move between indoor comfort and outdoor fun.

TECHNOLOGY & COMFORT
Sun Oasis is pet-friendly for approved dogs and includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, keypad self-check-in, central air conditioning, Smart TVs, quality linens, and practical starter supplies.

ELEVATE YOUR STAY
Through Kermay Escapes, guests may inquire about private in-home chef experiences, celebration dinners, group cooking classes, restaurant reservations, activity planning, specialty equipment rentals, and local excursions.
Optional experiences are subject to availability and may require an additional charge.

LOCATION
Sun Oasis is in a peaceful St. Petersburg neighborhood near Gulf beaches, Gulfport, downtown, dining, museums, parks, shopping, and family attractions.

Madeira Beach and St. Pete Beach are approximately 15–20 minutes away, depending on traffic and beach parking. Treasure Island, Pass-a-Grille, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, and the attractions of downtown St. Petersburg are also within an easy drive.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home and fenced backyard, including the pool, game room, grills, fire pit, laundry facilities, garage, and outdoor areas.

Self-check-in is provided through the front-door keypad. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be sent before check-in.

Complimentary on-property parking is available for up to three vehicles: one in the garage and two in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available across the street, subject to availability and posted restrictions.

GOOD TO KNOW
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM local time. We’ll email checkout instructions during your stay and include them in the digital Welcome Book. When scheduling allows, the email may offer an option to purchase a later checkout. Early luggage drop-off may be available with advance approval.

AGE REQUIREMENT
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old.

VISITORS, GATHERINGS & PARTIES
Sun Oasis is a welcoming place for birthdays, family gatherings, reunions, and time with friends. Visitors, gatherings, and parties require advance approval. Contact us with your plans so we can confirm that the arrangements suit the home and are considerate of our neighbors.

PETS
Up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less each are welcome with advance approval. Add each dog to the reservation and share its breed and approximate weight before arrival. The fee is $100 per dog, per stay. Keep pets off furniture and beds, and clean up after them outdoors.

PARKING
Keep lawns, sidewalks, and neighboring driveways clear. Street parking across the street is subject to availability and posted restrictions.

SMOKING, VAPING & DRUGS
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. They are permitted in appropriate outdoor areas away from doors, windows, and the pool area. Dispose of materials safely. Indoor smoking or vaping may require specialized cleaning and a $500 cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are prohibited on the property.

QUIET HOURS
Keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities at a considerate level. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

POOL SAFETY
There is no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children and non-swimmers whenever they are in or around the pool. No diving, running, glass, sharp objects, or breakable items in the pool area. Do not adjust pool equipment, and help keep the area clean and safe.

FIRE-PIT SAFETY
Stay nearby while the wood-burning fire pit is in use, keep children at a safe distance, and fully extinguish the fire afterward.

CARING FOR THE HOME
Care for the home, furnishings, appliances, games, and outdoor amenities as if they were your own. Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can help.

ACCESSIBILITY
Sun Oasis is a single-story home with one small step through the front entrance, a minimal transition to the pool area, and no interior stairs. Entryways are illuminated. There are no entrance handrails, separate pool safety gate, or ADA-specific modifications. Contact us before booking with questions about a particular accessibility need.

FLORIDA’S TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT
Guests may occasionally notice geckos, lizards, frogs, insects, or other small wildlife around the property. These natural Florida visitors may appear despite regular professional pest-control service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.

AIRPORT ACCESS
St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is approximately 10 miles or 15–20 minutes away. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 21 miles or 25–35 minutes away. Both airports offer rental cars and other ground transportation. Driving times vary with traffic and construction.
