A big enclosed porch with seating and dining areas, overlooks the lake, dock and patio area. Outdoor picnic area for warm weather enjoyment. Walking distance to local convenience store. Nice dock, mooring and dingy for boat access. Internet and Smart TV.
Waterfront/Lot Description: level lot with cement steps in to water. Mix of rocks and sand at shore. Depth at the steps depends on the lake level. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes, but not overnight. Mooring: Yes, and dingy provided for boat access;
