The room is fine. My issue was with ths shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called for pick up later in the evening and was told that the shuttle was on its way. I waited for 30 minutes, and called again, the person who answered told me the shuttle had stopped 90minutes prior. When I said the last person I spoke to had told me a shuttle was on its way they said they had been there all night. I made sure the number I called was correct, it was, and after ubering back I didn't see anyone at the main desk. It is odd, because two other Hampton shuttles were still running at that point, which encouraged me to be patient far longer than I would have been. I don't even know where the shuttle times were posted, if I had to call for pickup, or if there was a set schedule. My second night at the hotel I only managed 3 hours of sleep because of getting in so late from the shuttle confusion and having to get up early to get back to the airport again.

The place is in a fine excellent location. The staff was wonderful and courteous. My main issue was the front desk did not inform us that rooms are not cleaned daily and also we were given handicap room and high we never requested. I will compliment breakfast staff I didn’t realize that they didn’t have bacon on our first morning and without my asking she made me a plate. I appreciated that. Otherwise breakfast was excellent and coffee bar too.
