There were bedbugs, roaches, the floors were dirty. I walked in with white socks and they turned black the more I walked around. Underneath the bed was dirty, there was a former guest’s sock, taco bell cup, and trash. There were roaches in the towels, dead and alive. Hair everywhere. The “white” bedding had black & brown spots. Some blankets had burn marks. The “no smoking” room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Everything you see on this website does not correlate with the policies they have in office. They charge a “$50 security deposit”, but when I asked for a refund because of all these issues they didn’t give me my deposit back.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was filthy, with roaches crawling behind the bed, and the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. The door hinge was broken, adding to the feeling of insecurity. I couldn’t bring myself to actually stay.

We reserved a 2 queen bed room and was checked into a single queen with a pull out couch that strange stains and smells, the bathroom looked like it had been used in a horror movie and there were homeless camping in the parking lot. It has a very much an hourly rental vibe and did not stick around for the 2nd night. 10/10 do not recommend this place.

For the price it is good.There difinitly are no frills. & The main house keeper for my unit was lazy & never cleaned my room during my one month stay.it was a chore to get toilet paper & clean medium towels from her. The male desk clerks clerks did not know how to use. The computer I. Kept checking in for one to two weeks at. A time because I was waiting for a apt rental to vacate. Inspite of all the inconveniences I will go back but I will know what to expect so I will speak up. The security was always around & very helpful to me, they carried my groceries & chair upstairs for me & helped get my door opened. They were great! The doors on the rooms need to be fixed as they need repair. & The key cards need to be redone often. All in all I would go back but would tell others what to expect.itt definitely is not a 5 star motel

I mean, you get what you pay for I guess? One thing I can say is that at least my room was clean. Not the comforter though. The problem though is that there are gaps and cracks and so you get roaches and bugs in the room. This location was apparently recently a shelter and a lot of damage done to the property. The surrounding area doesn't feel the safest, but there is a security guy that kinda walks around from time to time. I appreciate that there were clean towels and sheets. You have to pay a deposit when you get there. You get shown the room beforehand. It was cheap and good enough for the few hours of sleep I needed to catch.

Honestly, Expedia should be ashamed of themselves associating with this hotel. The place is a hotbed for drugs, prostitution and gang violence. The pictures are FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! The room provided don’t even shut and was clearly kicked or crowbarred in at some point. The room reeked of cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking. We didn’t last 2 minutes before we decided to check out, take our luggage and go to Modesto. Keep in mind, we had driven over 2,000 miles at this point and we were exhausted, and we still found it necessary to drive another 40 minutes to a reasonable location. I tried to get my money back with no luck. I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could.

Give me my money back!

Pictures are not accurate, I canceled, they still charge me. I didn't stay. I didn't feel safe, that place was awful. There were no reviews on the place and the pictures made it seem like it was a nice and safe area to stay when we arrived they hotel looked nothing like the pictures and management said it was a homeless shelter and the door had deadbolts on them and when we got to our door we couldn't even open the door and security had to kick the door and still it didn't open. I want a full refund this hotel was nothing like advertised.
