Out of 3 different reservations at this hotel, not once did I get what I reserved. First time I reserved 2 queen beds and when I arrived, they only had king rooms available. The second time, they said I was suppose to have a reservation for the night before my arrival and they didn’t have a reservation for me for that night (I had my email confirmation to prove my reservation). I was charged a night that I did not stay. On my third reservation, I reserved 6 WEEKS in advance and at 3:15pm on the day of my arrival, I got a phone call saying that they “could not accommodate my reservation because they were sold out). I was 6 hours from home and traveling with a child. Again, I had my email confirmation. It took me 2 hours to get in touch with a manager. I did not get my room and was in a large bind because rooms were sold out everywhere. I DO NOT recommend reservations at this place.
